New Marshall Low Loader Trailer’s

The New Marshall  Low Loader range includes two models the LL-26-TAN – 16 tons and the LL33-TRI – 21 tons.

Key Features Include:

• 8ft Hydraulic Beaver Tail allowing the trailer to convert between a bale trailer to a low loader efficiently whilst reducing the gradient when loading.
• Clip-on Extension Ramps these further reduce the loading gradient allowing easier loading.
• Manual Safety Lock & Burst Valves, the rear ramp is manually locked into place for transportation and the hydraulic rams fitted with burst valves for safety.
•  The steel rear ramp is chequered plate steel with steel gripper bars for extra traction as well as treated timber flooring for longer service life.
• Securing points include; have lash point recessed into the top of the side rail, chain points on the sides of the siderails, strap points and rope hooks to make sure all loads can be properly secured.
• Fixed Headboard and Bucket plates for securing buckets or attachments.
• Access steps on the near side and rear for easy access to the trailer bed.
• 420x 180 120mm Commercial Axles and commercial spring sets fitted with either 24 ton or 32 ton capacity depending on the model.
• The LL-26-TAN trailer is fitted with tandem axles and the LL-33-TRI with tridem axles.
• 445-45 x 19.5 low profile wheels for low bed height whilst maintaining ground clearance and flotation.
• The Chassis is formed  from a 10″ deep UPN channel with a 8mm faceplate for unmatched strength and rigidity.
• LED lights, dual LED beacons and LED side maker lights as well as galvanised crash barriers with reflective tape are standard for improved safety.
• Both models are available with galvanised toolboxes, one either side and a standard strap winder.
• The trailers are shot-blasted with a two pack undercoat and top-coat.
